สวัสดีค่ะวันนี้เรามารีวิวการฉีด สารเติมเต็มหรือที่เรียกว่า Filler โดยสารเติมเต็มในตระกูล HA หรือ ไฮยาลูโลนิก สารสังเคราะห์ที่เลียนแบบธรรมชาติ  เป็นชนิดที่สลายไปเองตามธรรมชาติ อยู่ในร่างกายเพียง 6 เดือนถึง 12 เดือนเท่านั้นค่ะ เรามาที่ โพรเดอร์มา คลินิก คลินิกเปิดทุกวันค่ะ อยู่ตรงรถไฟฟ้าสนามเป้าลงทางออกที่ 1

ข้อดีของสารเติมเต็ม HA 

1 เป็นธรรมชาติ สามารถแก้ปัญหาร่องแก้ม ขมับ ริมฝีปากบาง 2  สลายได้เองตามธรรมชาติ ดังนั้นจึงไม่ต้องกลัวผลตกค้าง แถมหากไม่ชอบยังมียาฉีดสลายได้ด้วย ( เท่าที่สอบถามคุณหมอ ว่าทำไมมีบางคนบอกว่า ทำไปแล้วเป็นก้อน หรืออยู่ค้างหลายปี นั่นน่าจะเป็นเพราะเป็นของปลอมแล้วค่ะ​ น่ากลัวจริงๆนะคะสมัยนี้) 3   ไม่เป็นก้อนไม่ไหล ไม่เหมือนซิลิโคนค่ะ สามารถดูข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมทางนี้เลยค่า 

ข้อดีเทียบกับการเติมไขมัน

1. ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นแผลหลายที่ เพราะการเติมไขมันต้องดูดไขมันเราออกมาก่อน แล้วนำไปปั่นแล้วมาฉีด
2. แถมหากไม่ชอบยังเอาออกได้ง่าย โดยการฉีดสลาย แต่การเติมไขมัน ถ้าเป็นก้อนต้องผ่าตัดออก

สารเติมเต็มที่เราใช้ในวันนี้ เป็นยี่ห้อของอเมริกา JUVEDERM ULTRA XC ตัวนี้ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน เนื้อเนียน ไม่เป็นก้อน ไม่ไหล เนื้อนุ่มเป็นธรรมชาติ ไม่มีบวมหลังทำ แล้วอยู่ได้นานประมาณ 6 ถึง 12 เดือนขึ้นอยู่กับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ฟิลเลอร์แท้หน้าตาแบบนี้ค่ะมีเอกสารขององค์การอาหารและยาว่า เป็นสารอันตรายต้องใช้เฉพาะในคลินิกเท่านั้น

ขั้นตอนการรักษา

1. หลังจากปรึกษาหมอเรียบร้อย เราจึงเริ่มทำการฉีดสารเติมเต็ม ที่บริเวณร่องแก้มทั้งสองข้าง ก่อนฉีดทางคลินิก จะให้เลือกว่าสามารถทายาชาได้ แต่ต้องรอประมาณ 30 ถึง 45 นาที เท่าที่สอบถามดูสารเติมเต็มตัวนี้ มียาชาอยู่ แล้วจึงคิดว่าจะให้หมอฉีดได้เลยค่ะ
2. ขั้นตอนการรักษา หลังจากทำความสะอาดผิวหน้า ในบริเวณที่จะทำ และเช็ดยาชาออก เรียบร้อยแล้ว
3. แพทย์จะเริ่มทำการฉีดฟิลเลอร์ บริเวณที่ต้องการ โดยคุณหมอ เริ่มฉีดบริเวณที่โหนกแก้มก่อน แค่ 0.1 cc ก็เริ่มเห็นว่าใบหน้ายกขึ้น ตื่นเต้นมากค่ะ หลังจากนั้น จึงเริ่มทำการฉีดบริเวณร่องแก้ม
4. หลังทำครึ่งหน้าขอให้ดูเราพอใจมากเลย เหมือนดูเด็กไปอีก 10 ปี ในเวลาไม่ถึง 10 นาที

Filler Injection Review at Proderma Clinic using Juvederm Filler (USA)

  Hello! Today we are reviewing the injection of Dermal Fillers (also known as Filler). The filler belongs to the HA (Hyaluronic Acid) family, which is a synthetic substance mimicking natural HA. It is the type that naturally dissolves in the body within 6 to 12 months. We are at Proderma Clinic, which is open every day and is located right next to the Sanam Pao BTS Skytrain Station, Exit 1.  

Advantages of HA Fillers

 

1. Natural: Can solve problems like nasolabial folds (smile lines), temples, and thin lips.
2. Naturally Dissolves: No need to fear long-term residue. If you don’t like the result, there is an injection available to dissolve it (I asked the doctor about people reporting lumps or long-lasting issues, and they said that is likely due to counterfeit products—which is scary!).
3. Does not clump or migrate: Unlike silicone.

 

Advantages Compared to Fat Grafting

 

• Less Invasive: You don’t need wounds in multiple places, as fat grafting requires fat to be suctioned out, processed, and then injected.
• Easier to Reverse: If you don’t like the result, it can be easily removed by dissolving injection. For fat grafting, if lumps form, surgical removal is necessary.

 

 The Filler Used

  The filler used today is the American brand JUVEDERM ULTRA XC.

• It is certified with standard approval.
• The texture is smooth, does not clump or migrate, and is soft and natural.
• There is no swelling after the procedure.
• It lasts for about 6 to 12 months, depending on lifestyle.
• The genuine filler has documentation from the FDA stating it is a dangerous substance and must only be used in a clinic.

 

 Treatment Process

  After consulting with the doctor, we proceeded with the filler injection in the nasolabial fold area on both sides. Before the injection, the clinic gives the option of applying topical anesthetic, but you have to wait about 30 to 45 minutes. I asked, and since this filler contains anesthetic already, I decided to let the doctor inject right away. Steps: After cleansing the facial area to be treated and wiping off any anesthetic, the doctor began the injection. The doctor started by injecting the cheekbone area first. With just 0.1 cc, I immediately saw my face lift up—I was very excited! Afterward, the doctor started injecting the nasolabial folds. After doing half the face, I was very satisfied; it looked like I was 10 years younger in less than 10 minutes! The procedure continued. I finished the full treatment. The doctor actually said I might need up to 2 syringes, but today I only requested one syringe, because I wanted to look natural, as if I hadn’t done anything.
